We would like to warmly welcome you and extend an invitation to become familiar and learn about the dental services provided by our office. You will find useful information and be introduced to our enthusiastic team members that are dedicated in delivering quality dental care.

Dr Stephen Vouliotis is a general dentist that has a commitment for providing excellence in restorative and preventive dental care. He has been in practice for over 35 years and is experienced in all aspects of dental care.

In complex cases he is committed to interdisciplinary treatment planning working closely with other dental professionals in the fields of Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Endodontics, Orthodontics and Paediatric dentistry.

Whether one tooth or the whole mouth is in need of care the aim and goals of your treatment is to provide you with the best possible outcome that meet your needs.
Comprehensive Examinations
Comprehensive examinations go above and beyond simply looking for cavities or gum inflammation. It provides us with the clinical details required to formulate a treatment plan focused on current needs and future elective treatment. This will help achieve and maintain optimal wellness.
Periodic Routine Examinations
Provides us with the ability to review at specified intervals the treatment that was carried out and identify any other early problems. Areas for home care improvement in oral hygiene are identified and given attention.
Cosmetic Services
This gives the patient an opportunity to enhance their smile utilising Zoom tooth whitening, ceramic veneers or crowns for single or multiple teeth.
Prosthetic Services
Focuses on restoring lost tooth function from worn, heavily restored or missing teeth. Fixed options include utilising crowns, bridges implant or tooth supported. Removable options call for construction of partial, full dentures or full arch implant supported bridges.
Restorative Dentistry
Treatment is directed at restoring the structural integrity of teeth utilising direct resin bonded or indirect ceramic or metallic restorations.
Emergency Services

An emergency such as dental pain originating from a tooth, soft tissues, neuromuscular origin, tooth fracture or trauma can arise. Treatment will focus on treatment to alleviate the presenting concern.
Childrens Dentistry
A strong emphasis is given to the child's developing dentition and dental arches. Individual instruction is directed in teaching children good oral hygiene, dietary habits and providing dental care preventive services.
Preventative Dentistry

Programs are created by first identifying all risk factors establishing an oral hygiene home care plan including provision of specific topical medication for self-application according to individual needs.

Dr. E. Stephen Vouliotis
Principal Dentist
Dr Efstathios Stephen Vouliotis is a general dentist that has a commitment to his chosen profession. Dental care is delivered with great care and passion.
Since graduation from the University of Otago he has maintained his enthusiasm for continuing education.
He has attended numerous courses on treatment of TMJ disorders, Endodontics, Implant Surgery and Restorative Dentistry, the use and application of Lasers in Clinical Dentistry, the use of Sequential Clear Aligners and Fastbraces®.
​
He is an active member of the Australian Society for Occlusal Studies (Vic branch) ,the Prosthodontic Society the International Academy of Gnathology and the Melbourne Seattle Study Club.
​
Outside dentistry he is keen on mountain biking, photography and bronze sculpture.
COMPREHENSIVE DENTISTRY
Comprehensive dentistry can only commence with a thorough examination. This involves an extra oral examination
of the face, lips and neck.
​
Intraoral examination involves the examination of the soft tissues, tongue, salivary glands and airway.
The teeth are examined for their structural integrity, integrity of the restorations and dental caries.
Periodontal Examination is the examination of the supporting gingival tissues and support of the alveolar bone support.
Occlusal Examination - is a check of the bite and the TMJ joints and the skeletal development.

Airway Examination - Is directed at identifying dental, skeletal problems and soft tissue anatomical structures that may contribute to airway obstruction potentially leading to sleep-related disorders.
​
Radiographs (X-Rays) are taken only when necessary. Special radiographs such as OPG or DICOM scans are referred to specialist radiology clinics when required.
Clinical photographs and study models of the dental arches may also be taken to aid in formulating a comprehensive treatment plan.
